DAWSON × TYSONNEEMA fiber rope round (parallel) sling is a new high-performance fiber rope sling that is a safe, reliable, cost-effective and lightweight alternative to heavy anchor chains and wire ropes, with a long service life and more flexible operation.
DAWSON × TYSONNEEMA fiber rope round sling uses an innovative continuous winding technology, with a strong braided sheath or cloth sheath on the outside, and the elongation of the sling is very low even under load. These strong and highly visible sheaths can also be designed according to the environment and usage characteristics to match your specific needs, and this sheath or cloth sheath can protect the load-bearing inner core from cuts, punctures, scratches, abrasion and UV degradation, ensuring a long-lasting and durable lifting solution.

DAWSON × TYSONNEEMA fiber rope round sling is the best innovative practice to achieve high working load under limited length limit. For example: in special heavy lifting operations, when the sling strength exceeds 1000T and the length is limited to 6m, DAWSON × TYSONNEEMA fiber rope round sling is undoubtedly the best choice.
DAWSON offers various types of High-Modulus Polyethylene (HMPE) Fiber heavy-lift slings. At the same size, it is stronger than conventional steel wire, yet only weights 1/7 of steel wire. DAWSON HMPE heavy-lift slings are more Flexible and much easier to handle. They also have a much better fatigue life compared to steel wires, whilst retaining similar elastic elongation properties.
DAWSON's R&D department has conducted comprehensive tests on our heavy-lift slings in different configurations, to be sure the slings are at their best efficiency for the required lifting capacities:

With the 2500-ton in-house testing capabilities, slings can be proof loaded before delivery to guarantee adequate operation under the designed WLL, per ISO 18264 or other testing standards per request.
