1.Product Overview
The round slings are usually made up of polyester The surface of round sling can prevent the object wear and tear or scratch even it can lift the object that would be damaged. The round cover belt isn't bearing weight , but only protecting the inside parallelly-ranged silk-bunch .The outside round round cover belt will break first or warn when overloading gravely or using for a long time, then the accident will be in case.

100% polyester construction that assures low elongation 3% at rated capacity and still returns to original length. Thus minimizes adjustments for stretch and reduces headroom problems of your lift.
Certified Safety: Compliant with EN 1492‑2, meeting recognized safety standards for polyester round slings.
Standard Color Coding: Each sling features industry-standard color coding, enabling on-site workers to instantly recognize the working load limit.
Surface Protection: Soft flexible outer cover prevents scratches, dents and surface damage to polished, coated or fragile workpieces.
Damage Warning Design: Built-in black warning yarns will expose once the sling is overloaded, worn or torn for timely safety inspection.

Light in Weight, But High in Strength.
Polyester jacket helps protect internal load-bearing fibers from abrasion, wear, UV degradation, and harmful dirt and debris.
All-polyester construction virtually eliminates moisture absorption, rot and mildew. It also offers good resistance to common industrial acids (except concentrated sulfuric acid), and alcohol, dry cleaning solvent, hydrocarbons, halogenated hydrocarbons, ketones, crude oil, lubricating oils, soaps, detergents, seawater and weak alkali. Caution: Never use at temperatures above 194°F (90°C) or below -40°F (-40°C). Do not expose to strong alkalis at elevated temperatures.
Load stability and balance can be achieved by spreading sling legs.
Wear points can be shifted to extend sling life.
